Our Mission

Anyone who has taken a mediation training or training in interest-based negotiation has heard the expression "peeling the onion." The problem is that when you peel an onion all you get is more onion. At CPTI we provide training on how to peel the artichoke and get to the heart of the things that matter to the client.
